CES was contracted to assist Indigenous Tourism Ontario (ITO) in developing their Strategic & COVID-19 Recovery Plan for 2020-2025. This project identified the impacts of COVID-19 on the Indigenous tourism industry in Ontario, and a three-step plan of Preserve, Renew, and Rejuvenate was put forward.
