CES conducted an extensive training program for the Town of Churchill to help provide meaningful employment for community members and assist employers with recruiting well-equipped employees.
srfn Mudge’s Fishing Camp
CES developed Operational Business Plan, the plan provides a comprehensive implementation plan that focuses on 3 stages of development: stabilization, sustainability and expansion.
CES also conducted a Camp Operations Training Program designed to give participants a solid understanding of the skills, attitude and knowledge required to work in various positions at the lodge.
