My Sagamok 2022 – Community Tourism Plan

My Sagamok 2022 provides strategic direction for the development of tourism over the next 5 years by focusing on putting the community first, inspiring entrepreneurship and business creation and focusing on responsible tourism development. The entirety of this plan is based upon consultations that were conducted with community members and leadership. The plan provided a holistic vision for community tourism development by incorporating CES’ Pando Terra Methodology and providing recommendations for the following areas:
• Product Development
• Human Resource Development
• Cultural Authenticity
• Marketing & Branding
• Economic Impact

My Sagamok 2022 also provides a thorough yet actionable implementation plan for community leadership and tourism management to follow moving into the future.
