In collaboration with the community’s 5-year tourism plan, CES worked with management staff to develop a comprehensive marketing plan that also focuses on establishing a strong organizational platform for Ritchie Falls Resort. The Operational Marketing Plan included creating a new brand for the business and shifting from consumptive tourism to more ecotourism products and offerings. This plan also focuses on implementing an innovative social-enterprise model where profits generated by Ritchie Falls are returned to the community in the form of cultural programs and activities.

As a result, a new logo, brand, marketing strategy and look and feel for the business was created. In addition, a new website for Ritchie Falls resort was developed to align with the business’s new brand and prodcut offerings.
