Wahnapitae First Nation

A Feasibility Study and subsequent Business Plan were developed for overnight boutique accommodations on the shores of beautiful Wanapitae Lake. This project included architectural renderings & design, an Environmental Assessment & Geotechnical Report, community stakeholder consultations, marketing and branding solutions, as well as financial planning.

For this business plan, CES integrated the vision of the community with a focus on providing employment and opportunities for economic growth, while highlighting the region’s unique culture.
